In the shop you pick a letter, not a measurement. That saves you doing sums on every print: the ratio is always 2:3, so a size means the same image everywhere, just larger or smaller.
Here is exactly what each letter is.

The dimensions are of the image. If the photograph is landscape the measurements turn with it, so an L becomes 105 x 70 cm. A landscape and a portrait print of the same size cost the same.
Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta. A heavy, matte cotton paper with a slight sheen, the paper galleries and museums use. Deep blacks and a lot of detail in the shadows, which is what matters for backlit wildlife.
Fine Art prints come with a 1 cm white border around the image. The border is added, not taken off: an S arrives as a 32 x 47 cm sheet carrying the full 30 x 45 cm of image. That border is not decoration. It gives a frame something to grip and keeps fingers off the picture.
Fujicolor Crystal Archive Type DPII, 220 gsm, semi-gloss, on 3 mm dibond. A real photographic print on aluminium, with a hanging system on the back. Flat, crisp, and it goes straight on the wall without a frame.
Fujicolor Crystal Archive DPII Pearl, 220 gsm, on 3 mm dibond behind 3 mm acrylic, with a hanging system. The acrylic adds depth and makes colour and contrast read fuller. It is the heaviest and the most expensive option, and the most striking at a large size.
Shipping is included in the price you see, for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Nothing is added at checkout.
Note that this is not the Benelux: Luxembourg is outside it and Germany is inside it.
Somewhere else? It is still possible, but I work the shipping out per order. Ask for a quote through contact, mentioning the print, the size and the material, and you will get a price back.
Every print is made to order. Expect roughly one to two weeks between your order and your parcel.
Dibond and acrylic arrive with a hanging system and go straight up. A Fine Art print you frame yourself, or have framed. Ask for a mount with an acid-free core and the paper will hold for decades.
Do not hang any print in direct sunlight. The inks and the paper are made to last, but nothing survives years of full sun.
Clean with a dry, soft cloth. No glass cleaner on acrylic.
The questions that come up most often before someone orders a print.
Measure the wall and mark the size out with painter's tape before you order. That tells you more than a number on a screen.
As a rule of thumb: an S works above a desk or in a hallway, an L is the one for above a sofa or a bed, and an XL is meant for a wall with nothing else on it. An M is the safe choice if you are unsure.
Every product page also draws the print on a wall of a known width, so you see the proportion rather than only the centimetres.
Fine Art is matt and quiet, and holds detail in the darker areas. Best for animal portraits and for backlit scenes. You frame it yourself.
Dibond is semi-gloss and goes straight on the wall without a frame. A good choice for a clean room, or if you do not want a frame at all.
Acrylic gives the most depth and the strongest contrast, and is the most striking at a large size. It is also the heaviest and the most expensive option.

I sell as a private person, not as a VAT-registered business. There is no VAT component in the price and nothing is added at checkout. For the same reason your confirmation carries no VAT line: it would imply a registration that does not exist.

Expect roughly one to two weeks. Every print is made after you order it, in the size and material you picked, so there is no stock sitting in a warehouse.
No. Because every print is made to order and to your specification, it falls under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal (article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code). So look carefully at the size and the material before you pay, and ask your question beforehand rather than after.

The orientation follows the photograph itself. A landscape photo is printed landscape, and the measurements turn with it: an L is then 105 x 70 cm rather than 70 x 105 cm. It makes no difference to the price.
A long time, as long as you keep it out of full sun. The inks and materials are made for archival life, but direct sunlight eventually defeats any print. Clean with a dry, soft cloth, and use no glass cleaner on acrylic.
